Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at MarkMyWays Shop Online!

We offer a variety of  product to help you “MARK” your personal stories, share  your unique ways of living. The designed marks and your journey with us would be a piece of special treasure for us too.   

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your “MARK”, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully before returning any products.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your
item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of items are exempt from being returned: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, other items such as customized, perishable, digital products, or some health and personal care items. These items are clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 
 

Shipping

If we made mistakes during our delivery process, including issues like package lost/damage, wrong size/color/shape, misleading adverstising on product page, your return and refund request will be accpeted and we will pay for your shipping fee.

Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Customs

We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply to your order. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of your country regarding importing goods from abroad.

Please check with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges or delays.
